For the Advisory Board, we asked experts from the field of mathematics education and the implementation of technologies in mathematics education from non-participating institutions. The idea is to receive advice from an external and objective point of view.

The MATRIX advisory board consists of the following members:

• Christian Mercat (University Lyon; expert in teacher education)
• Eugenia Taranto (University Catania; expert in digital media)
• Michael Besser (University Lüneburg; expert in math trails)
• Sarah Labasin (Italian teacher; has been using MathCityMap regularly for several years)

The consortium will send a report on the first and second project’s year and will receive personal and written advice from the Advisory Board. It will be discussed in a follow up meeting of the consortium.
